Jason Su - Co-owner of Jswire Limited, Qualified automotive electrician.
He completed his automotive technician apprenticeship at Toyota Winghin and BMW Auto Bavaria Malaysia, followed by a Level 7 bachelor's degree in automotive engineering from Unitec Auckland. During his first year, he apprenticed with Quim Silva at Coolcar Auckland, receiving training in automotive electrical systems, including air conditioning.
After working at Coolcar Northshore under Rodney Smith and Catherine Tocker, he enrolled in the MITO Level 4 Automotive Electrical program and continued his air conditioning training for nearly two years. Although he didn’t complete the MITO program, he was assessed by NZQA and recognized as a qualified automotive electrician.
He then worked as an automotive electrician at Wilderness Motorhome but was later made redundant due to COVID-19. After moving to Wellington with Jane Cheng, he became a production engineer at Fraser's Engineering, helping build fire trucks for New Zealand FENZ and South Australia for two years. He then joined Hyundai Rotem as a locomotive electrician for two years before being recruited by Vehicle Technologies Wellington as a technical support and fleet technician for GPS tracking systems. He also works part-time for Jswire.
His areas of expertise include automotive stereo systems, electrical repairs, and electronics programming, with experience on systems like Fujitsu OBC for Waste Management NZ, Mix Telematics, and Ruc Monkey.

- Level 1,2 Certificate in automotive engineering (Malaysia)
- Level 5 Diploma in automotive techology (Malaysia) - Automotive mechanical repairs.
- Level 5 Diploma in automotive electrical engineering (NZQA) - Automotive electrical & electronic repairs.
- Level 5 Diploma in electrical vehicle engineering (Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand) - EV repairs.
- Level 7 BAT degree in automotive engineering (Unitec Auckland, New Zealand)
- Filler License (automotive air-conditioning), (ETEC New Zealand).

- Masters in business accounting & finance (Massey university).
